We're fully online, so all orders are placed through the website. No phone lines, no email orders — just a fast, straightforward checkout.
Pricing & GST
All prices on the site are shown excluding GST. The 15% NZ GST is added at checkout, and your invoice will show the full GST breakdown.
Yes. A GST invoice is automatically emailed to you once your order is confirmed. It includes all the details you need for your records.
Delivery
We deliver anywhere in New Zealand.
Most orders arrive within 3–4 working days from when your order is confirmed.
Freight is $12.50 on orders under $200 (exc. GST). Orders $200 and over ship free.

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe.
Yes. All payments are handled by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. We never store your card details.
Returns & Issues
