What we can accept
- Items that arrive damaged or faulty
- Incorrect goods supplied due to a picking or dispatch error
What we can't accept
- Change of mind or over-ordering
- Opened, used, or partially unpacked cartons
Where a return is approved outside of the above, a restocking fee may apply.
Damaged or incorrect goods
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something looks wrong, note it with the courier and photograph the packaging before opening. Report any issues to us within 5 business days of delivery — we can't accept claims after this window.
